6 and 7 Months!

It has been a busy few months for us. We've been working away with our jobs, at home getting things organized, and then...helping my parents move! They are moving to Texas in January, at which point we will be very sad, but we are excited they will be staying with us until then! And by "with us," I literally mean with us! We've moved Ainsley into our room, which apparently she thinks is very amusing. It's a 5 month sleepover party! The first few morning she woke up and just had this slight smile on her face. Gidget loves waking up, leaping off of our bed, running into Tyler's room to like his face, then into my parent's room to wake them up, then back to us. Sometimes she repeats this cycle a few times until everyone is out of bed. She also makes regular petting rotations. Needless to say, Gidget is anything but neglected! Ainsley is also not lacking for attention. She already had mine and Josh's undivided attention, a constant audience....now she has a whole cheer team! Anything she does results in laughs, kisses, and pictures from us all. It is so fun to see her silly personality start to show through. The loves to stick her tongue out (cute for now...I'll let you know how I feel about it in about 10 years!), she throws her head back and makes a cheesy smile when she knows she's being silly, she puts everything in her mouth (at the same time!), loves to pull Mama's hair, she loves singing and dancing to music, and she still absolutely LOVES the water. Oh, and she has really gotten the hang of eating her rice cereal and boy does she look forward to it! She starts getting really antsy if I'm even 15 minutes off our schedule! Best thing about rice cereal, I don't care what all of the sleep books say, she is sleeping through the night a lot better. The last week has been a little off with all of the chaos, but for the most part she is only up once if at all! Hooray! She also stays up a little longer between naps in the day, so she is napping longer too! Well, that about sums it up. Here are some pictures from the last few months!
