Tagged

Like mom who tagged me, I don't know how to do links. So I'm following MOST of the rules.

Here are the rules:

1. Link the person who tagged you.
2. Mention the rules in your blog.
3. Tell about 6 unspectacular quirks of yours.
4. Tag 6 following bloggers by linking them.
5. Leave a comment on each of the tagged blogger's blogs letting them know they've been tagged.

So here goes with 6 unspectacular quirks of mine:

1. my nose whistles. I actually never noticed until Josh pointed it out to my when we were dating. So I'm not sure if no one else has ever noticed. Or if it's one of those things everyone knows about me and just assumed I knew it too. I've never had anyone else say anything about it though. But now that I'm aware of it, it sometimes gets on my nerves. It's like someone that wont stop tapping when you're trying to think quietly, except I'm doing to myself. I'm definitely going to blame this "quirk" on breaking my nose.

2. I drink about 1.5 liters of water through out the day. Not intentionally, I'm just always thirsty. Now the quirky part about this is I wont drink out of a cup that has been out for more than an hour. I don't know why, but it always tastes "dusty". And no our apartment is not that dirty. I've always been like that. Josh goes crazy because at any given time there are about 5 or 6 half empty glasses of water all over the apartment.

3. I can (and like to) crack every joint in my body, especially right before I go to bed. When Megan and I shared a bunk bed in middle school I had the top bunk and it drove Megan nuts when I would go through my nightly ritual of cracking joints. She really didn't mind the noise of it so much, but the bed shaking as I whirled my arms around trying to get the one spot on my back.

4. I have to sit in the very front center seat of any kind of class, meeting, performance, if I am going to pay attention and not fall asleep. If I'm back too far I make a billion side remarks to whoever is sitting next to me, or if I'm just not "involved" I lean my head on their shoulder and I'm out in minutes. Josh is the opposite- in Sunday school you can find us in the farthest back seats in the corner. We must race everyone there after Sacrament meeting to make sure our special seats are not taken. (I've put Josh in charge of elbowing me if I start staring into the endless rows in front of us).

5. I like to sleep diagonally on the bed. It all started on family vacations when there were more people than beds. I think I tried to make myself the worst person to share a bed with so I would always get my own bed. My random kicking fits and sleep talking don't help. And I snore if I'm REALLY tired. Poor Josh. Luckily we have and eastern king and I have short legs. I don't think he has any bruises yet.

6. I love ice cream in all forms and flavors. If health weren't an issue I'd have a 'Love It' mint and chocolate with Oreo pie crust from Cold Stone every day for dinner. But instead I go for the amazing Golden Spoon every few days. And boy do I enjoy it. I also love chocolate malts. Good old fashioned ones. But I only get the chance to enjoy those about once a year in Utah. They make them better up there. Josh is STILL amazed at how fast I "down" my frozen treats. The cold doesn't slow me down at all!

Well those are just a few of my quirks. I am now tagging Megan, Alyssa, Tracy (I'm breaking yet another rule.)
